RR Summer Relay

This fun event is a relay format with each team consisting of either 2 or 4 runners with the aim of completing as many laps of 5k course as possible between 12:00 and 3:00pm

Each team member handing over to the next after they complete their lap.

Teams can be single sex or mixed, of any age group as long as each runner is over 18 on race day.

This really is a fun event for anyone, Club teams,  a Corporate challenge, or why not gather a group of friends?

Of course there is no pressure to run multiple laps, and as in previous years each team member can run a single lap and then enjoy the rest of the afternoon.

Prizes will be awarded for the teams completing the most laps in each category

• Single sex pair (both male and female)
• Mixed sex pair
• Single sex 4  (both male and female)
• Mixed sex 4

And Medals for all participants, and there may be a spot prize for the best fancy dress

The course has been shortened slightly to be a 5K route through Windsor Great Park the the backdrop of the castle itself (Course map)

The last lap will be allowed to start at the latest 2:59:59 ie 1 second before 3 o’clock

Early bird entry (until May 31st) is £18 per person and £20 per person thereafter whether you enter as a 2 or as a 4

Also there is:

A free children’s race with medals and a tasty charity cake stall

A refreshment van selling snacks, coffee and ice cream.

Free parking and toilets close to the start (just off the A332). Map

Plenty of room for a picnic, so why not bring the family to support you and enjoy the sunshine.
