This month's parkrun is at one of the original time trial's, Richmond Park The first 2.5k is fast, as its mostly downhill, however you do have to comeback up again...

The 2nd Cross Country in the series. The men start their 5 mile course at 13:00 and the ladies their 5km course at 14:30 (provisional times)
