The 10th run in the parkrun improvers series, at Brooklands. A bit of a twisty course but all on tarmac, so can be quite a quick.  

The first MABAC of the season, the only one that is run on a Saturday (at 9am) The distance is either 3 miles for walkers and joggers, and approx 11k...

The last of 4 cross country races At Lloyd Park The men are scheduled for 1pm and the ladies for 2pm Free for all RR's First 10 men score points...

The penaltimate parkrun improvers is at Northala Fields *Please remember to pay for parking, it's easy to miss the small signs*

As in previous year's, the 2024/25 Club Championship half marathon is the Surrey half on the 16th of March

The last in the series for this season is at Gunnersbury park Lets try and get a good turnout for the final one. There is carparking, toilets and a cafe.

This is a MABAC fundraiser, so that all the other events are free, option of 7, 14 or 21 miles The course is 7 miles – 3.5 miles on undulating...
