Parkrun Improvers Championship – Richmond Park

This month’s parkrun is at one of the original time trial’s, Richmond Park
The first 2.5k is fast, as its mostly downhill, however you do have to comeback up again to the finish.
Parking within Richmond Park is still free, with Petersham carpark next to Pembroke Lodge about 800m from the start.
