Parkrun improvers championship – Upton Court

The nominated parkrun is Upton Court in the field beside Slough Rugby Club
There are toilets at the start, and a cafe serving hot drinks and food for afterwards.
Car parking is recommend at the free carpark at the top of the park on Upton Court Road (SL3 7LX)
The course is two laps, with the second lap slightly shorter than the first one, on a mixture of grass and tarmac.
There are no big hills but there is a gradual elevation from the start to 1k (and 2.5 -3.5 on the second lap)
